The Land Mark - Varanasi

I had a truly amazing stay at this hotel. the location was excellent. It was centrally located, away from all the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close enough to all the major places to be visited. Secondly, the staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and humble. They made sure that all our needs were met and provided exceptional service. Lastly, the rooms were well-maintained with great housekeeping and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The only small improvement that could be made is to have free WiFi in the hotel premises.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to access all the key locations for a business trip. The complimentary breakfast served was delightful and offered a variety of tasty options to choose from. The staff was very hospitable and made sure that all my needs were met promptly.

The Wi-Fi connection was not reliable and almost non-existent in my room. , the room's décor was outdated and could use some refreshing.

I appreciated the heating system that made sleeping easy. the hotel smart lock system for the room was excellent, and made me feel secure.

The hotel should work on their cooking medium.
